• Google Gemini API key (stored encrypted)
• AI style configurations (names, prompts, example images)
• Watermark settings

2.3 Information from Your Customers

• Uploaded photos for AI portrait generation
• Generated AI portraits

Important: We do not collect customers' names, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information (PII). Uploaded photos are processed and stored temporarily for the purpose of generating AI portraits.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing Services: To generate AI portraits from uploaded photos
• App Functionality: To authenticate your store and manage your settings
• Image Storage: To store generated images for order fulfillment
• Error Logging: To diagnose and fix technical issues
• Usage Analytics: To track trial usage limits

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or sell it to third parties.

Our App uses the following third-party services:

• Store Settings: Retained until you uninstall the App
• AI Styles: Retained until you delete them or uninstall the App
• Generated Images: Stored for order fulfillment; retained for 90 days after generation
• Error Logs: Retained for 30 days for debugging purposes

When you uninstall the App, all your data associated with AI Art Generator is automatically deleted within 48 hours in compliance with Shopify's requirements.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption: API keys are encrypted before storage
• Secure Transmission: All data is transmitted over HTTPS
• Access Control: Only authenticated requests can access your data
• Data Isolation: Each App's data is stored separately
